Jasmine Snell, BSA, is a Senior Homeless Services Specialist with ICF, and Senior Consultant with Maddy Day LLC & Associates. She is also an advocate in the Child Welfare and Homeless Services field. Jasmine is serving in roles as a Certified Peer Support Specialist, National Youth Forum on Homelessness member, Jim Casey Initiative Coach, member of NACC’s National Advisory Council for Children’s Legal Representation, and a community volunteer.
Jasmine is passionate about improving the outcomes for those who touch child and family serving systems and uses her expertise gained through surviving those systems to influence holistic practices and policy reform. Her ultimate goal is to start a primary school that offers two-generational services for youth ages 3-20 years old.
