Robert “Tony” Parsons is a Fellow at the National Urban Fellows. Previously he was a Federal Policy Specialist at Youth Villages, where he monitored federal policy developments in child welfare, mental health, Medicaid, youth homelessness, juvenile justice, higher education, workforce, budget, and appropriations.

Tony is passionate advocate working hard to expand opportunities for underrepresented populations through political advocacy and public policy. Skilled in governmental affairs, communication, and event management. Always focused on lifting voices, convening people, and telling stories in every role.
