Rodney Walker is an Assistant Professor at Morehouse College where he is helping students create and implement a vision and practice of leadership that builds on core ethical principles and values such as serving as a positive change agent who addresses pressing social problems as well as engaging students in creating a comprehensive leadership and career blueprint for themselves.
Rodney is the author of “A New Day One,” a memoir which describes his journey from living in foster care in Chicago to attending Morehouse College and writing “Wounds You Cannot See.” He is the recipient of two Master’s Degrees: one from Yale and one from Harvard.
Rodney is an enthusiastic and highly analytical education professional, public relations and communications expert, with a dynamic career developing and deploying strategic educational plans. He has excellent communication skills, proven by his ability to successfully manage projects and work with people from very diverse backgrounds and life situations.
