Mary Lebeau, MSW, LICSW
Mary specializes in providing intensive, on-site, collaborative consulting to public child welfare agencies to strengthen agency management, operations, policy, front line practice and supervision. She most recently held the position of Senior Associate with The Annie E. Casey Foundation, Child Welfare Strategy Group She is a Senior Child Welfare Consultant for Plummer Youth Promise. Mary has worked in child welfare for 29 years, promoting excellence in supervision and non-profit foster care and adoption programming. She also develops and conducts best practice trainings and workshops and specializes in teaching social work and supervisory strategies. A seasoned supervisor herself, Mary aims to improve the permanency practice skills of social work staff and supervisors to improve permanency outcomes for vulnerable children and families, with a particular interest in older youth permanence.
